Scope
This policy explains how Rowad Consulting Group (Rawad Al-Athar) handles the personal data it receives through this website.
What we collect
When you send the contact form or a meeting request: your name, job title, entity, mobile number, email, the topic of your request, anything you write in the notes, and your answers to the self-assessment and its result if you completed it before sending. We may also record general technical information, such as the page the request was sent from and how you reached the site.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, and to arrange and follow up the meeting. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent.
Visit statistics
We use a privacy-friendly statistics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand, in aggregate, how many visits the site receives, which pages are read most and where visits come from. It does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not track you across websites.
Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes. It may be stored by technical service providers we use to host the website and keep requests.
Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle and follow up your request, then delete it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to ra.consulting@rawadalathar.com.sa.
