Our approach

The question is no longer “is the strategy approved?” but “are the chances of achieving its targets sustainable?”

Our methodology starts with a deep understanding of challenges and ambitions; it sets direction and focuses resources, develops enabling tools and partners with the entity to achieve results, and continues until success becomes lasting institutional practice.

What we see in the field

Many strategies are approved. Few become institutional practice

The challenge is not a lack of direction. It is the distance between approving a strategy, activating it, and having the capability to deliver it. That distance is exactly where we work: from diagnosing capabilities, to making the most of existing potential, to achieving results.

Three recurring symptoms

  1. Strategies announced but not activated
  2. Plans carried out without tangible impact
  3. Struggling to realise value

Our methodology

How we add value for our partners

  1. 01

Focus on what makes the difference

We start by understanding the entity's context, priorities and maturity, and the challenges that affect its performance, so we can direct effort and resources to the issues of highest value, impact and benefit.

  2. 02

Design solutions that can be applied

We develop tailored solutions in partnership with the client that reflect its reality and capabilities, and translate them into clear roles, practical tools and measurable delivery plans.

  3. 03

    Disciplined, transparent delivery

We manage delivery through clear governance and defined milestones, continuously tracking progress, risks and the quality of outputs, so decisions are made faster and the project stays on course for its target results.

  4. 04

    Embed capability and sustain impact

We build knowledge transfer and enablement into every stage of the work, so the client's teams own the solutions and can run them, develop them and sustain their results after the project is complete.

Three ways to start working together

Book an introductory meeting

01

Diagnosing the clarity of strategic direction

Suits

An entity without an approved corporate strategy, or without a defined direction that is clear internally and externally.

What the entity receives

An integrated strategy with a prioritised roadmap for delivery, and an activation plan.

02

Setting up and running a strategy or transformation office

Suits

An entity that needs a dedicated unit to lead the management of strategy delivery.

What the entity receives

An office running on an effective operating model with qualified staff, supporting the decision-maker.

03

Supporting activation, delivery, change management and institutional excellence

Suits

A transformation that touches more than one department and needs everyone aligned behind shared objectives.

What the entity receives

A change and communication plan, effective performance management, and integration between organisational units through lasting institutional work.

You can start with any of them, then extend to the others.

Before we start

Five questions that show how ready your strategy is for activation

If the answer to any of them is “no” or “partly”, this is where diagnosing activation readiness begins.

  1. Does every strategic objective have a named owner who is accountable for it?
  2. Does every department know its contribution to the strategy, its indicators, and when they are measured?
  3. Does the entity have a dedicated unit that leads and tracks delivery?
  4. Are performance results presented to the decision-maker regularly, and do decisions follow from them?
  5. Could the entity's team run the next performance cycle without a consultant?
